This information is not intended to replace good sound medical care. If you have a medical condition, do seek and follow your physician's recommendation. When using herbal extracts, be sure to grant them the same respect you would a prescription drug. Read all of the information, especially the precautions listed. If you use an herb, and your body feels "off" or you become ill, discontinue the herbal program, and seek help if necessary - your problem may be more serious than you think.
It is recommended that an herbal program include a good bowel cleanse, and that you start slowly, and work up to the recommended dose. You may often find you don't need to take as much as is recommended to achieve the desired effect.
